Frequently Asked Questions
It’s simple. Prepare a sample classroom work and a written lesson. Set it up at the Winter Exchange so others can take pictures of it and take an accompanying write-up.
Please bring 25-30 copies for each activity you are sharing, turning one copy in at check-in.
You will be given a classroom space at the fair to display your work.
Set begins at 8:00
Take down begins at 2:45
No. You are free to enjoy the Exchange. Your write-up should answer all of the questions people have about your work. MMEA staff members will be present in classrooms to ensure the safety of your materials.
The Morning session is $20 without a lesson or $15 with a lesson and 25 write ups.
The afternoon session is $5
MMEA members will receive a $5 discount of the total cost.

Schedule of Events:
Attending the morning session will earn you 3 hours of continuing education credits. The afternoon session will add an additional 2 hours. You may attend one or both.
9:15- 9:30 MMEA announcements

11:00-12:00: Sharing Group Session 2
12:00- 1:30: Bring a sack lunch and enjoy social time with your fellow Montessori educators or enjoy one of Livingston’s eateries.
1:30- 3:00: Sharing Group Session 3
3:00: End of Session
